Habit/Neurosis: A bit of a kleptomaniac, has a pile of old stolen goods under her bed she calls her "hoard" "stash" or "treasures". Never really thinks much about where they all come from. Is a bit of a compulsive liar when it comes to talking about herself or her past, and deep down has an inferiority complex. Has a skill with sneaking up unheard behind people, and usually refers to older girls as "lady" and guys as "dude" "guy" or "Mr".

Personality
Personality: Enjoys barraging those nearby with an array of questions, is quite curious about everything and doesn't care much about embarrassing herself. Will do whatever extremities are needed in order to pursue what goal she may have. Can usually be considered a pest due to demanding attention from people, but if she's ignored she'll calmly walk off to find something else to do. Doesn't show how much she minds being ignored on the outside, and no one can ever really tell what she's thinking most of the time. Enjoys being random and just likes having people nearby, even if they hate her guts. Seems to show pride in her ability of sneaking up behind people, though deep down she hates being invisible.

History
Lotte was ignored quite often as a child, her parents often having more important things to deal with than their "pickpocket daughter". Left alone most of the time, Lotte was always up and out of the house, skipping school and her studies to explore and adventure across her small city. Her only friends through most of her childhood were the homeless kids and adults on the streets, quickly making friends with them with her tales and offerings of her allowance. Always enjoyed telling them far-fetched tales about her life, and all of her dreams.

Is quite the skilled little acrobat, always being very flexible climbing up over everything she could. Enjoyed dangerous heights, one being a fence around her school. After falling and being hospitalized for awhile, her parents were simply gone when she came home from the hospital. She waited for days, but they never came home, no longer trying to make her life full of happiness. She went to school as a regular child would, leaving her friends behind on the streets.

Was eventually found out to be living alone by her teacher, and was passed from orphanage to orphanage. Was noticed for her great smarts by her third orphanage, and was sent to Whammy's in order for the chance to be the next L.
